We are hiring a B2B Sales Associate for a leading FinTech company redefining digital financial inclusion across Nigeria. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Abuja and Lagos, designed for a commercially driven professional who excels at prospecting, relationship management, and closing institutional partnerships. The Opportunity As a B2B Sales Associate, you will: - Drive B2B Sales Execution: Identify, prospect, and engage schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners. - Support Revenue Growth: Convert qualified leads into active partners and contribute directly to monthly revenue targets. - Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closures across assigned territories. - Execute Field & Virtual Sales: Conduct physical visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings with prospective partners. - Support Partner Onboarding: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new B2B clients. - Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners to encourage repeat usage and referrals. - Collaborate Internally: Work closely with growth, operations, and product teams to align sales activities with business objectives. Who We’re Looking For - Sales-Oriented Professional: 1–3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (fintech, edtech, or services industry is an advantage). - Strong Communicator: Confident in pitching, negotiating, and presenting solutions to decision-makers. - Target-Driven: Comfortable working with clear revenue and performance targets. - Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently. - Market-Aware: Understanding of institutional sales dynamics within Nigeria. - Based in Abuja or Lagos: Must reside in or be willing to work full-time on-site.
