## Title: B2B SaaS Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and high-performing B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and understand industry trends
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and prepare product presentations and proposals
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and services to both new and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry trade shows to promote products locally and internationally
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising/Promotions, or Communication
