Auxiliary Nurse at BetaCare Pharmacy

About the Role

The Auxiliary Nurse will provide frontline support in patient care, basic medical assistance, and pharmacy operations. This role enhances customer experience by supporting wellness services and ensuring patients receive guidance in a professional and caring manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with basic health checks (blood pressure, weight, glucose monitoring)
• Support pharmacists and technicians in handling prescriptions and patient queries
• Educate patients on wellness practices, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy space
• Provide first aid and assist in emergencies when needed
• Participate in community health campaigns and patient engagement programs

Required Qualifications

• Certificate in Nursing or Auxiliary Nursing training from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with basic diagnostic tools (BP monitor, glucometer, etc.)
• Empathy and patient-first mindset

Compensation
