Auto Electrical Engineer

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair advanced electrical faults in vehicles and heavy equipment - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring systems, alternators, starters, batteries, lighting, and control modules - Diagnose and program ECUs, sensors, CAN bus systems, and onboard diagnostic (OBD) systems - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive electrical systems - Interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals - Use advanced diagnostic tools and automotive software systems - Supervise junior technicians where required and provide technical guidance - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards - Maintain detailed service records and technical reports Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree, HND, or technical certification in Auto Electrical Engineering or related field - 5–8 years’ hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems (cars, trucks, fleet vehicles, or heavy equipment) - Strong experience with diagnostic equipment and electronic control systems
