Ph.D. in a relevant field
Minimum nine (9) years of uninterrupted teaching and research experience in a university or equivalent environment
Sustained record of scholarly achievement, evidenced by:
- Minimum twenty-five (25) peer-reviewed publications
- At least seven (7) publications from foreign indexed journals
- Substantial postgraduate supervision experience
- Conference leadership experience
- Demonstrable administrative or leadership experience
