About the Position

The State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Associate Professor in Psychology Medicine/Psychiatry.

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. Degree or Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Minimum of twenty (20) published journal articles, with at least three (3) published in impact factor-rated journals
Previous experience as a Senior Lecturer in a recognized degree-awarding institution
Demonstrated experience supervising at least two Master's Degree students to successful completion
