About the Role

We are seeking passionate and self-driven individuals to join our team as Associate Medical Representatives. Successful candidates will play a key role in building strong and trusted brands through effective hospital presence, promotion, and awareness creation among healthcare professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate demand and drive awareness for core ethical products within assigned territory
• Detail and promote products to healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain strong hospital presence
• Create awareness among medical professionals in the healthcare sector

Development and Career Path

Successful candidates will receive initial extensive training and follow-up coaching for up to 6 months. Upon demonstrating highly satisfactory performance, you may be upgraded to a substantive Medical Sales Representative position with more generous conditions of service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) or Science (B Sc) in Health or Biological Sciences, or equivalent qualification
• No prior experience required, but a strong flair for sales is essential
• Strong passion for hospital and ethical demand-generation
• Strong intellectual, analytical, and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability with results-oriented mindset
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial approach to work
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
• High integrity
