## Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast food restaurant. The Assistant Manager will help oversee staff performance, customer satisfaction, inventory, and compliance with operational standards. This role is vital in ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen environment
- Support sales goals through upselling and promotions
- Generate and submit reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
- Stand in for the Outlet Manager when needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a fast food or hospitality environment
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
