## Title: Assistant Manager, Finance

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining the financial standing of the company. You will assist in determining financial strategy and policy, arranging appropriate funding, and managing financial risks within the organization. You will serve as the official point of contact for all financial matters and be one of the authorized signatories on financial documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage finance and accounting services for the company
  • Ensure finance standards meet all corporate standards and that the finance team delivers value for money support, timely management information, and supports key performance indicators
  • Prepare for internal audit and ensure consistent finance standards
  • Secure consistent and timely management information including bank reconciliations
  • Manage cash flow and supervise petty cash operations across offices
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting
  • Develop all relevant financial plans
  • Provide effective supervision of subordinates on a day-to-day basis, including guidance and delegation of work
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and deadlines are met
  • Supervise bank reconciliations, revenue reconciliations, and standing balances completed by agreed deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar financial role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities for collections and dispute resolution
  • Knowledge of credit policies and financial reporting
