Job Summary

This is a critical role focused on managing contractors and contract workers, with responsibility for monitoring attendance, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor and contract worker relationships, including attendance tracking and performance analysis
- Minimize legal liabilities and reputational damage by ensuring contractors operate within legal and safety boundaries
- Guarantee that outsourced work meets the organization's standards and objectives
- Proactively identify and manage potential issues, including safety hazards, payment complications, and operational disruptions to protect organizational reputation and financial performance
- Monitor contractor activities to avert potential strike actions and workplace conflicts
- Verify contractors' credentials and ensure current insurance coverage
- Ensure contractors meet all legal and regulatory requirements
- Foster clear and effective communication between Heads of Department, Shift-in-Charge, and contractors
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Relevant HR or related qualifications
