## Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the Role

Unifoam Group is expanding its commercial footprint and seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and lead sales execution across key territories in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the assigned territory
  • Lead, motivate, and manage field sales representatives to deliver outstanding market coverage
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
  • Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and visibility in all sales outlets
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales or territory management
  • Experience in foam or household products (an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
  • Must reside within or be familiar with Lagos
