About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) to lead and grow our corporate client base within the region. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in B2B relationship management, strategic account development, and achieving revenue targets.
You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and driving sales growth while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients across relevant industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven experience managing a sales territory and building a client pipeline
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
