## Title: Area Sales Manager - Borno
General Objective
Ensure sales management procedures and operations are effectively achieved across the entire region. Partner with key distributors, sub-dealers, and wholesalers in the designated territory to maintain smooth workflow and foster healthy business relationships.

- Reach targets and goals set for your area
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base
- Develop sales strategies and set targets
- Monitor team performance and motivate staff to reach targets
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
- Stay current with products and competitor activities
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market segment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
