## Title: Area Sales Manager
Role Overview
Our client in the Agricultural sector seeks an experienced Sales Manager to unlock business opportunities in a designated coverage area, generate sales orders, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and increase market reach in designated coverage area
- Generate sales orders from existing and new customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction and after-sales service
- Convert prospects into customers through effective negotiation and closing
- Design and implement sales campaigns (with support from the marketing team) to drive client acquisition
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals
- Monitor competitor activities in the market and submit intelligent reports
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance
- Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of professional sales experience
- Strong understanding of the feed mill industry and market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Deep knowledge of assigned terrain

Compensation
N120,000 per month plus N280,000 float
