## Title: Area Sales Manager – Lagos

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in the Lagos region. The ideal candidate will ensure proper market coverage, drive sales performance, and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned area
  • Conduct regular market visits, including mid-level and remote locations
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising
  • Track sales performance and monitor market activities
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new opportunities and support promotional initiatives
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos markets and routes
  • Ability to use modern reporting and tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Professional, reliable, and highly organized
