Job Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing projects from conception to completion, including design, planning, coordination, and site supervision. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that reflect our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through design, development, and final completion
• Meet with clients to understand design requirements, project goals, and budget constraints
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, layouts, and detailed plans
• Produce planning applications, building regulation drawings, and construction documents
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee project timelines, coordinate project activities, and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage project budgets, materials specifications, and procurement processes where required
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards
• Provide project updates, reports, and professional advice to management and clients
• Lead problem-solving discussions and provide clear solutions during construction stages

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish
• Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Strong organisational, leadership, and project coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
