About the Role

Jamub Group is seeking a results-oriented and goal-driven Architect to lead the design and reconstruction of new and existing structures. You will be responsible for providing professional opinions on restoring and conserving buildings, collaborating with a diverse range of professionals including engineers and surveyors, and preparing design proposals while advising clients on project feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs according to client specifications
• Adjust designs to accommodate changing client needs
• Execute projects that meet company standards
• Pay meticulous attention to both building design and surrounding context
• Develop innovative and creative 2D and 3D designs
• Demonstrate foresight in design construction by predicting building performance over time
• Ensure projects remain within budget and company standards
• Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Required Qualifications

• HND, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Professional certification from a recognized regulatory body
• Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in a related organization
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software
