About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning approvals, and company standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related design software
• Strong creative, technical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (NIA/ARCON registered)
