Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs and building concepts
• Use Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and other design software to create detailed drawings
• Prepare project proposals, design presentations, and construction documents
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Lagos property market and maintain strong sales and letting market links
• Develop compelling business proposals for corporate, private, and governmental relationships
• Generate property development transactions, including sales, lettings, and facility management deals
• Supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications
• Stay updated with modern design trends, sustainability standards, and building codes

Education and Experience Required

• B.Sc Degree in Architecture (M.Sc. preferred)
• 3 – 5 years of architectural design and project supervision experience
• Professional certification is an advantage (e.g., ARCON, NIA)
