About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as an Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, detailed drawings, and specifications from concept to completion
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client approvals
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and client consultations to inform designs
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment
• Oversee project implementation, including site supervision and quality control
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and material specifications
• Review and approve architectural drawings and plans for construction readiness
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects or design staff
• Innovate and propose design improvements, sustainable solutions, and modern architectural trends

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and other rendering tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Proven track record of handling complex projects from concept to completion
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside within close proximity to Osborne, Ikoyi, Lagos
