Position Overview
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Architect to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector
- ARCON or COREN registration (added advantage)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools
- Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing
- Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards

- Excellent design creativity and spatial planning abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers
