Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution - Minimum of 3 – 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector - ARCON or COREN registered is an added advantage - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools - Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing - Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models - Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards - Excellent design creativity, spatial planning, and attention to detail - Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within set timelines and budgets.
