About the Role

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee residential property operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise and show vacant rooms to prospective clients
• Execute marketing activities to attract tenants
• Process applications and negotiate leases and rental rates
• Establish and enforce property rules and regulations
• Ensure buildings and facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Establish and manage maintenance and staff schedules
• Hire, train, and monitor staff members
• Collect and adjust rent and security deposits, and maintain tenant account records
• Investigate tenant complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
• Plan and oversee renovations, maintenance, repairs, and facility services
• Manage clerical and administrative tasks, including tax filing
• Manage all equipment, including generators and room facilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in apartment or hotel management
• HND or B.Sc. degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with relevant operational software

Preferred Qualifications

• Residence in Ogba or nearby areas
