Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize feed formulations for broilers, layers, breeders, and fish
• Analyze and formulate diets and rations to maximize growth, egg productivity, and livestock health performance
• Expand existing ranges of animal feed products and develop new formulations
• Analyze FCR, ADWG, egg production trends, and flock uniformity for necessary adjustments
• Rationalize animal feed manufacturing techniques for maximum profit per bag
• Ensure all productions meet company's quality standards and KPIs at all times
• Implement good housekeeping and biosecurity measures in the feed mill and warehouse
• Ensure proactive maintenance of feed mill machinery and feed production systems
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain feed quality documentation
• Maintain proper documentation of formulations and research results
• Coach and train staff on nutrition formulation, milling, and accurate measurements
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3 years of professional experience in animal nutrition or feed production
