Analyst, Subsidiary Reporting

About the Role - The Analyst, Subsidiary Reporting will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across subsidiaries. - You’ll work closely with subsidiary finance teams and group finance to deliver high-quality consolidated financial reports that support strategic decision-making at the highest level. Key Highlights - Prepare and review subsidiary financial statements in line with IFRS - Support group consolidation, month-end and year-end close - Manage intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis - Support audits, governance, and regulatory compliance - Drive process improvements and reporting standardisation What We’re Looking For - 4–6 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit (group/multi-subsidiary experience preferred) - Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge - Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting systems proficiency - ICAN, ACCA, or CFA certification (required) - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - This is a unique chance to contribute to an institution committed to integrity, excellence, transparency, discipline, and innovation, while making a meaningful impact on Nigeria’s economic development. - Kindly share within your network or tag qualified professionals who may be interested.
