## Title: Applications & Maintenance Engineer - Electronics & Instrumentation
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key maintenance and engineering position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment including motors (AC/DC/SEMO), cranes, and forklifts
- Execute daily planning and maintenance activities
- Manage and lead maintenance teams
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance through target-based maintenance strategies
Technical Expertise Required
- Siemens PLC programming and configuration
- PLC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Industrial drives and variable frequency drives (VFD)
- Temperature and pressure sensors
- Motor maintenance and repair (AC, DC, and SEMO motors)
- Heating systems and heaters
- Encoders and sensor technologies
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
Core Competencies
- Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance methodologies
- Target-based maintenance planning
- Industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Team management and leadership
- Technical documentation skills
