Agronomist / Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist / Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day farm operations and drive productivity across our organic crops and floriculture operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage crop planning, planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling - Supervise farm workers and daily field activities - Implement best agronomic and organic farming practices - Monitor soil health, irrigation, pest and disease control - Prepare weekly and monthly farm performance reports - Support expansion into greenhouse, floriculture, and export-ready produce Requirements: - Degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field - Practical experience managing commercial farms - Strong understanding of crop management and farm operations - Good leadership, reporting, and communication skills - Passion for sustainable and organic farming
