Agency Manager at Brit Property Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agency Manager to lead our operations and drive sales performance. In this role, you will manage team leadership, sales strategy, and business development to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers
• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans to build brand visibility and ensure the agency achieves its set targets
• Ensure monthly targets for the team are met and exceeded
• Deliver excellent sales performance monthly

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector
• Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager in Real Estate or Insurance sector
• B.Sc or HND qualification
• Strong interpersonal skills
