## Title: Agency Development Executive

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sales leadership role within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to ensure achievement of set targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets)
  • Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned locations
  • Ensure sales processes are efficient, ethical, and compliant with NAICOM regulations and guidance
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders to optimize sales
  • Train, lead, and coach Financial Advisory Services (FAS) representatives to build their knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits to improve retention and productivity
  • Track, analyse, and report sales trends at assigned locations
  • Identify risks and proactively engage in strategic actions to mitigate impact on sales performance
  • Provide regular insights to Zonal Head and Chief Agency Officer to achieve continuous delivery of sales
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to Zonal Head and Chief Agency Officer
  • Collaborate with Agency Training, Agency Recruitment, and other affiliated service lines to optimize sales and FAS retention
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base in respective locations
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, engagement, and commitment from FAS representatives
  • Ensure proper management of selling tools in branch (e.g., application forms) and support timely submission

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (minimum of Second Class Lower division)
  • CIIN or any related professional certification (added advantage)

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
