About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of After Sales Engineer at Bee Bee Jump Ltd in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on technical documentation
• Use soldering irons and repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
• Communicate with customers and technical teams to address after-sales technical issues
• Maintain detailed service logs and reports
• Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades
• Install and support both on-grid and off-grid solar installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience as an After Sales Engineer in a solar company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electric circuit faults and diagnostics

• Proficiency with soldering equipment and repair tools
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Willingness to conduct on-site and field work
