After Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality. - Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams. - Proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware. - Communicate with customers and technical team to address aftersales technical issues. - Maintain detailed service logs and reports. - Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades. - Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation Requirements: /Qualifications - Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course in related field with a minimum of 1 years practical experience as an Aftersales Engineer in a solar company. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willing to do on-site/field works. - Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill. - Familiar with electric circuit faults. Salary N120,000 - N250,000 / Month.
