## Title: After Sales Commercial Manager
Job Purpose
Develop effective parts and services processes for both new and existing customers while collaborating with management to create and implement sales policies. Maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates through strong teamwork. Ensure sales objectives are achieved profitably with improved customer satisfaction for business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete parts and services sales process to boost company revenue
- Analyze demand, prepare sales forecasts, and determine re-order levels
- Identify prospects for volume sales, such as fleet operators and independent service repair centers
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue growth
- Develop the client portfolio and increase turnover
- Supervise team members to ensure objectives are met
- Determine parts and service sales objectives and targets, ensuring compatibility with dealer productivity while assisting all customers
- Lead business development across fleet, retail, and counter sales channels
- Design and implement sales best practices, including KAIZEN and ANZEN methodologies
- Build an efficient human resource team and initiate relevant training for team members (minimum four trainings annually)
- Collaborate with extended dealerships across Lagos and other territories (Abuja, Port-Harcourt, and other states)
- Analyze sales figures and propose sales promotion and development measures
- Monitor competitor activity and make strategic suggestions to management
- Create, collate, and submit comprehensive weekly sales reports and monthly sales forecasts for management review
