Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive male corper to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will handle clerical tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, correspondence)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and other business documents
  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
  • Basic experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
