## Title: Administrative Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for an Administrative position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations
- Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
- Ensure submission of reports and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist with staff attendance records
- Maintain updated staff and student files
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as an administrator or marketer
Required Skills and Competencies
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
