About the Role

An established company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and procurement of administrative materials
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Support departments with administrative tasks
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are functional

Requirements

  • Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • 0–5 years of experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
