Job Summary
The Administrative Manager is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate staff schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise procurement of ingredients, materials, and supplies
- Manage inventory and create job orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support management in decision-making
- Follow up on customer complaints and resolution
Requirements
- BSc Degree or HND in any field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in any discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership skills
Compensation
₦180,000 monthly (net)
