## Title: Administrative Executive – Inventory & Supply Chain

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Administrative Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing inventory, supplies, and stock levels across all distribution channels while ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect inventory levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and meets direct customer demand
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory accurately
  • Use inventory management software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics
  • Place orders to replenish stock while avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze inventory data to anticipate future needs and trends
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain strong business relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, and recommendations
