About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Coordinator/Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office functions
  • Manage records including student, staff, and financial documentation
  • Handle correspondence and administrative communications

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal, other administrators, and staff
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management

Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for staff, students, parents, and external agencies
  • Facilitate effective communication across the institution

Event and Logistics Coordination

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Coordinate school events and logistics
  • Manage staff coverage as needed

Financial Administration

  • Assist with basic budgeting activities
  • Process expenses and purchase orders
  • Manage supplies inventory
