## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic, expanding team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars
- Maintain files and records, and update databases to ensure data accuracy
- Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments
- Manage budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations
- Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures, and update the team on relevant compliance issues
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organize team-building activities and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems
- Previous remote work experience
