## Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant with over 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks to support our office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, performing office errands, and maintaining efficient office systems.
This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate office errands, including picking up or delivering items, documents, and other administrative tasks
- Provide support for meetings, including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all meeting logistics are in place
- Assist in the preparation of office budgets and track expenses
- Handle general office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with office policies, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive when necessary
- Excellent multitasking abilities
