## Title: Admin/Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Admin/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations efficient while strengthening client relationships and supporting sales growth.

The Admin/Sales Assistant will manage daily administrative functions, assist with client communication, and support the sales process. You'll be essential in ensuring our projects run smoothly and clients remain engaged and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails, schedules, and general office administrative tasks
  • Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Promote services, secure bookings, prepare quotes, track leads, and support closing deals
  • Organize and maintain accurate files, project records, and client documentation
  • Coordinate logistics with photographers, editors, and event teams
  • Assist with social media content posting, email updates, and basic digital outreach
  • Track and replenish supplies or equipment as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in admin, sales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in media, creative, or event industries (an added advantage)
