## Title: Admin & Member Relations Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an excellent and well-experienced Administrative and Member Relations Officer to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver a warm, professional, and organized front-of-house experience at our unique private family club in Lagos. This role combines administrative efficiency with genuine hospitality, ensuring every visit reflects the Club's standard of privacy, care, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage check-ins, verify access, and maintain accurate attendance records
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries courteously, providing information on club activities and policies
  • Ensure the reception and entry area remain tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
  • Deliver attentive, solution-driven service, addressing member needs and concerns promptly with discretion and empathy
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and event execution
  • Maintain membership and attendance databases; prepare reports as needed
  • Support data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist management with operational and project-related duties
  • Assist with bookings, reservations, and member communications to ensure seamless experiences
  • Promote a safe and secure environment for members, guests, and staff
  • Ensure all visitor protocols, access permissions, and confidentiality guidelines are followed at all times

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Communications, or any related field of study
  • Proven 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Proficiency in data entry and database management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Professionalism and attention to detail
