About the Role
Wells Accounting and Tax Services is seeking a qualified Administrative Intern to join our Lagos office. This is an excellent opportunity for NYSC corps members to gain practical experience in a professional accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files
- Assist with scheduling and documentation tasks
- Welcome visitors and provide general support to staff
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic business documents
- Support the accounting and tax team with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Current NYSC corps member (Lagos deployment)
- Relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
