## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, and expense reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Manage inventories, order supplies, and track expenses
- Ensure office equipment is in good working order
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ensure compliance with official policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be a Youth Corper
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of working experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
