Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical address verification for clients and partners
• Deliver accurate and timely reports on findings
• Maintain proper documentation and records of completed verifications
• Communicate effectively with clients and the operations team
• Comply with all traffic rules, company safety regulations, and procedures
• Support other logistics-related activities as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role
• Valid rider's permit/license

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to ride a motorcycle safely
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in reporting
• Ability to use a smartphone and relevant applications
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and environments
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
