## Title: Activity Operations Officer
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate overall strategy, implementation, and team management for Installer Operations based on business strategies and sales distribution
- Establish and enhance installer membership systems through professional training, incentive programs, community engagement, and interactive activities
- Foster stable business relationships with Brand partners, EPCs, and installers to drive EPC-side sales
- Provide customized training for internal and external clients including installers, channel partners, and new employees to promote brand, products, services, and sales policies
- Empower industry knowledge and skills development across all stakeholder groups
- Monitor market and competitor dynamics through market research to deliver information support for business development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
- Adaptability to handle unexpected changes and operational challenges
- Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills
