## Title: Accounts Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and strengthening existing business relationships through strategic account management and exceptional service delivery.
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for engaging with customers and improving existing relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain high-quality relationships with customers, including creative structuring of solutions that meet their specific needs
- Manage an assigned portfolio of consumers, ensuring maximization of potential from each account
- Ensure all customer complaints are escalated and resolved within agreed timeframes
- Improve existing customer database by deploying comprehensive KYCs and ensuring adequate completion
- Operate as the focal point for all complaints specific to the customer
- Review customer profiles and promote potential value-added services to customers
- Prepare periodic reports for the Lead, Customer Service
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Lead, Customer Service
Minimum Educational and Professional Qualifications
- First degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Required Attributes and Competencies
- Working knowledge of utility billing, payment, and collection processes
- Power network knowledge
- Excellent understanding of energy industry standards
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of regulatory policy
- Problem-solving skills
- Commercial insight and business acumen
