Accountant – Fleet at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities:  - Oversee invoicing, monitor collections, and ensure proper revenue recognition - Ensure accurate reporting of project and company-wide financial performance, maintaining compliance with IFRS and internal policies - Verify supplier invoices, process payments to contractors and vendors, and maintain updated reconciliation of payable accounts - Track expenses, materials, and stock usage for the site - Provide necessary schedules, documentation, and explanations to auditors, ensuring smooth and timely audit closure - Prepare and file VAT, WHT, and CIT schedules, ensuring timely remittances and adherence to tax regulations  - Maintain complete and organized financial records, update the accounting system, and ensure audit-ready documentation Requirements:  - 5 years’ experience in similar role - A professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA) - Experience in Project reporting and company-wide financial performance - Proficient in the use of SAP - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Check how your CV aligns with this job
