Job Summary - We require an experienced QSR Accountant to manage financial reporting, stock accounting, cost controls, and daily sales reconciliation for a fast-paced restaurant business. Job Description / Key Responsibilities - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliation for all outlets. - Track stock consumption and collaborate with the store and kitchen for accurate cost of sales. - Prepare management reports including P&L, cash flow, and budget variance analysis. - Monitor operational expenses and enforce financial controls. - Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash management. - Review POS reports, discounts, voids, and complementary items. - Support internal audit and ensure compliance with SOPs. - Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Requirements - Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Accounting or related field with 2–4 years proven experience in QSR accounting. - Strong background in inventory and cost control. - Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. - Excellent analytical and documentation skills. - Must have QSR experience.
