## Title: Account/Admin Officer

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Account/Admin Officer to join us. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with little experience who is eager to learn both administrative and basic finance functions.

Locations

  • Abuja (FCT)
  • Igando, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance with simple accounting tasks including record keeping, data entry, and documentation
  • Handle filing, typing, photocopying, and general office support
  • Maintain staff and office records
  • Support petty cash management and basic bookkeeping
  • Prepare and update expense sheets, invoices, and receipts
  • Follow up with vendors and process simple payments
  • Assist with meeting schedules and office supplies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail
