## Title: Account/Admin Officer
About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Account/Admin Officer to join us. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with little experience who is eager to learn both administrative and basic finance functions.
Locations
- Abuja (FCT)
- Igando, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance with simple accounting tasks including record keeping, data entry, and documentation
- Handle filing, typing, photocopying, and general office support
- Maintain staff and office records
- Support petty cash management and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and update expense sheets, invoices, and receipts
- Follow up with vendors and process simple payments
- Assist with meeting schedules and office supplies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
